Rev. Bianca J. Richardson is a native of New Orleans, LA, and now resides in Raleigh, NC. She earned a B.S. in Architectural Drafting & Design in 2003 and an M.S. in Construction Management in 2005 from North Carolina A&T State University. In November 2009, Rev. Bianca was Ordained in the non-denominational tradition. Her seminary education includes an M.A. in Christian Education (2011), and she is pursuing an MDiv at Duke Divinity School in Durham, NC.

Rev. Bianca has served in Pastoral Leadership for over seven years, including as an Assistant Pastor, Interim Senior Pastor, and former Senior Pastor of Saint James Baptist Church, where she was the ninth and first female Senior Pastor.

In January 2024, Rev. Bianca acted on the call to missional church planting and established a weekly ecumenical online Bible study (The Pillar) and The Pillar Community Church, Inc.
